Intake manifold stud torque 700 1990

I am doing some long overdue maintenance on my 745 - B230F with 189,000 miles - and I'll soon have the intake manifold off. I've looked over the archives and can't find the proper torque settings for IM studs when replacing. Also, do I have to tighten the studs in a particular order or sequence for a proper fit? Given the age of the car and mileage, should I put in new studs at this time instead of re-using the old ones? Thanks!
