My radio and lighter circut keep blowing fuses 200 1984

Any advice???

I have a 1984 244 that the radio/tape player(stock) and lighter circut keep blowing fuses. It is an 8 amp cirucut. The radio still works but the tape player seems to like playing on warp speed with no sound. Even when I only use the radio the fuse will blow within 4 min. Do I need to simply install a new radio/tape/cd player???
