740T Turbo Leak 700

All,

A bit of advice if you could please. My 88 Turbo appears to be leaking around the joint where the turbo bolts onto the exhaust. Its making a hell of a noise. Boost appears to be ok as it still shifts although it is puffing out a bit of smoke when on full boost. I've tightened the 3 bolts on the turbo as much as I can but it is still leaking. Is there a seal there that may need replaced or something?

Also, the heat shield/bracket down from the turbo that carries the silver foil hose (mounted on the exhaust) is loose and I can't get that tightened either. No great problem but it doesn't half rattle when you boot it!

Your help on either is much appreciated.
