Clutch Adjustment! no screw! 242GT 200 1979

in the manuel it shows a typical adj. screw with lock nut, howver on my '79 242GT there is no visable adj. screw. There is a rubber grommet and insert where the cable goes thru the housing any ideas? has anyone seen this? do have to remove this rubber if so how?
