Wiring Harness Carnage '86 740 GLE 700

My wiring harness looks like shredded spaghetti wrapped in electrical tape. I am thinking of getting a new one. Is there somewhere to view a diagram of the connection points. I'm not sure it has not been screwed up buy a previous owner. There are some bare wires snaking around in there, and I even see some wires dangling with no home at all. This could be a ticking time bomb for my much needed Brick. Any thoughts????

'86 740GLE I have agreed to treat it well if will keep running for me.
