Thanks for all your help. I now have the timing belt removed and what to do some updating to my engine...i.e new tensioner and seals. I see a little splatter from maybe the oil pump so I am going to change all the seals. What is the best way to remove the three seals (crank,cam, and intermediate shaft) once I get the sprockets off? I guess I will have to get a strap wrench to hold the intermediate and cam sprockets in place. Do you use dental pic to pull the seals out and what do I tap them in with....thanks...Leo
