Coldstartinjector 240GL 89 200

My 240 89 starts for 1 to 2 seconds then stalls.I checked all relevant parts. All sensor readings are ok. Is the LH 2.4 - EZ116K version equipped with a ballast resistor ? I can't find one . Is the coldstart-injector engaged every time the engine is startet or only when the temperature is below freezing point ? My coldstart Injector is not activ when i start . The temperature here in Australia is 23 Celsius this time of year.
