Help I developed a Whistling/high pitch sound 900

Hello everyone,

I have a whistling/high pitch sound coming from the front of the engine. I suspect it is one or more of the bearings on the accessory belt loop or the timing belt loop. When I take the accessory belt off, the idler pulley and the tensioner pulley have very noticeable play in the bearings. Are these the problem? How easy and expensive to replace?
