Transmssion Power Flush + Filter Change Service 200 1990

Guys, I been thinking about servicing my trans (never did it before), and am not sure of a few things. First - are the parts from FCPGroton any worse/better than those from Strauss/Pep Boys? Next, I don't own a torque-adjustable wrench, and am looking for some place to get a good enough tool to re-torque the pan and filter bolts on with. Any ideas where to get one from (Harbor Freight?), or should a premium wrench be bought? Also, what are the torque specs for those pan bolts and for the filter bolts? Can anyone recommend a good fluid catcher for when the pan drops? I was thinking of a plastic cat box pan.

I've called Jiffy and Pep, and they'll do the power flush for $80 (doesn't include dropping the pan, changing the filter and gasket, and service time was ~30 mins) and $120 (includes new filter and gasket and service turnaround time ~2 hrs). For what it is worth, Pep wants $15 for the filter and gasket. Anybody know of a decent repair chain that can do it all, and for how much did they charge you? I haven't called my go-to mechanic, yet.
