running way rich after engine swap 700

Hello Board,
Hope some can come up with some ideas. I just finished putting a 230ft from a '90 into my '86 745ft. I used the intake and exhaust manifolds along with my Garratt turbo. I removed the intake complete and reinstalled it along with all of the original sensors from my old motor. The car started right up on the first try, then stumbled about a bit, and smelled way rich. I tried to drive it and it hickups and has no power. The plugs (all of them) were badly fouled after just a few minutes of running.. All of the vaccum hoses seem to be installed properly as well as all of the hoses associated with the turbo and inter cooler. the plug wires are new and have spark from the distributor (checked with timing light. the timing is correct at 12*BTC.

It sure is a dissapointment, working alone two weeks and still not have success. The temp sensor was fairly new from my old engine and the connector seems to be ok. Any help please, and thanks to all of you that helped me through the process of trading engines.
