grinding when putting in reverse... arrrh!!! 200

when i flip my m47 manny trans into reverse it grinds. now a) is this bad and b) how can i fix this?? i just replaced the trans fluid 2 weeeks ago and it still does. it was mobil 1 syntheic. i cant get aimsoil where i am. any way thank you for your help!
