Wet compression test procedure

I need to do a compression test as part of a diagnosis on a V8 brand X engine. I want to do a dry test as well as a wet test. My question concerns the wet test. What would be a reasonable amount of oil to add to the cylinder to perform the wet test?? I am thinking two teaspoons looks about right, maybe a little more?
