GT braces 200

I got the motor out of my 242t and started cleaning/repainting ( http://host12.ipowerweb.com/~carthril/volvo/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=3742#post3742 ) and I pulled those little plastic plug that go where the GT braces should bolt on the firewall. Now, I stuck em back in while I was painting, but I think I noticed that it wasn't threaded for bolts. I thought they should be. Now, I could have been just messed up from 3 hours w/ a krylon can...but I don't think they were threaded. They should be right?

If they aren't do I have to get back there and put a nut back there?
