Brake warning light 900

Twice in the past few days,the "Brake' warning (Not ABS)light in my '94 944T has come on-only during acceleration up a hill.Brakes feel normal,fluid is not leaking,although it is near or at the "Min" mark.Front pads have at least 20% left,rears are almost new.Light goes out within five sec.Any ideas out there? sredwine '94 944t 126K,'98 V90 52K
