painting my 245 orange taillights 200 1989

I think I will get rid of the orange part of the taillights by painting them red. I like the red-clear-red vertical set up on most newer taillights. Anyone know where I can get tailight paint. Can I find them at K-Mart or Wal-Mart? Has anyone tried this little mod? I think it will look awesome!
