I have a 94' 960 and normally 8 or 9 warning lamps illuminate when starting. Over the last few months, The SRS lamp has remained lit a little longer than it used to, usually after slight acceleration it goes out.
Yesterday, I noticed the SRS lamp was the only lamp lit during cranking.
Otherwise the car seems to be fine---except for the occasional but increasing fault in the automatic gearbox (Mode "W"), which seems to be planned maintenance on Volvo's part.
Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be appreciated. Fuses looked to be o.k. but I'll recheck them in daylight. Could this be an ignition switch problem?
Thanks.
