'93 940 Turbo - Headlight assembly replacement 900 1993

Both headlight lenses (glass cover over the headlight) are broken on my '93 940. After much searching and dollars I found the complete lamp assembly (less the turn signal lenses, which are fine). How do I take out the main headlamp and change? Better to install the complete assembly? Any advice? Any websites that show how to do it? Thanks.
