Bad engine noise 200

After reving the engine up and then letting off I can hear a metal on metal vibration/shuttering noise in the engine. This also happens after each shift. The noise changes pitch a little depending on rev speed, so I'm assuming its some part of the rotating assebly. I'm not really sure how to diagnose this noise any further as I've never heard anything like it on any of my other cars. Let me know what you guys think.
