Hello all, having trouble starting my 164. Car turns over alright, and I suspect its a fuel issue. It consistenly takes about 3-4 tries to get it started and then it only happens when I pump the pedal. I know the fuel pump is working perfectly and all my hoses are in order. Could this be a problem with my cold start vale? If so how do I determine this?
