What size nut attaches the steering wheel? 200 1980

I spotted a 14” wheel the other day at the pick & pull, but I did not have a large enough deep socket to remove the wheel. I’m not sure what size this nut was (looked like 20something). Also, is there any other tricks to remove the steering wheel besides the obvious nut removal?
