Replace Rod Bearings While I'm At It? 200 1990

Getting ready to pull the oil pan off of my 240. There are 190K on this engine, and the rod bearings were replaced with VOLVO parts at about 120K by a shop. (Not the main bearings, though).)

Does anyone know of any reason not to slap a new set on now, while I'm at it? I am looking at the price difference between Volvo and aftermarket prices. Volvo says >$65 per bearing. This seems a bit much, compared to < $30 per set for aftermarket.

Gracias...
