Timing a B21FT 200 1983

Hey guys,
I have to re-time my '83 242 turbo and i was wondering if you knew what everything lined up with. I have the book from home but don't really have time or means to get it to me now. I know the cam gear has a notch on it, but i don't see one on the distributor gear or the crank gear. If you guys could help me out i would appreciate it.
