Don't pull on those injector wires!!!!!!!!!

I need to install a new injector connector on my otherwise perfect Junkyard replacement engine harness. Someone pulled on one of the injector wires and pulled the white and green wires out of the female harness clip that snaps into the top of the injector. It needs to be soldered back into old clip or a new clip bought and recrimped. My question is: how to remove the spade connectors from the old clip resolder the wires and get them back in right? Can I go to volvo and buy just a new clip. It seems reasonable that there has been a need for these to be replaced from time to time. Has anyone worked on these clips?
