tie rod/tie rod ends 444-544 1960

My 1960 544 needs a new tie rod. While I'm at it I thought I might replace both tie rods and the tie rod ends on the center rod. It seems like the rod ends are not available for the B16 versions(CVI and Scandcar don't have them). Does anyone know if I can use B18 tie rod ends?

What about the tie rods (they are a little cheaper). What is the difference?
