Well, thanks to all who responded to my previous post:
"Tips for removing bleeder valve"
I had been soaking with PB for days. I tapped the face of the valve with a ball peen hammer for a few minutes, applied some more PB, then used a 6 point socket to carefully try and break it loose. No luck.
I guess tonight I will pull the caliper attack that broken valve with some cobalt drill bits.
It looks like a 6mm tap. Can anyone confirm this? I took care of a broken exhaust manifold stud in my 700 a few years ago via increasing drill sizes... this brass bleeder valve shouldnt be too much trouble... right?
Any other tips?
