Help me with this radio, it is for my father-in-law!! 700

Bought my father-in-law a Volvo radio cassette from Arizona on e-Bay for his UK spec 1988 740 GL. I figured wiring it would be easy as I have done several before, including a six speaker/CD changer set-up in my own TDI. But how do I connect this? Do I need a Volvo amp too? Where do I connect the speakers?
