Noises Underneath 200 1991

I just got my '91 240 Wagon from my mechanic. I just had the center support bearing replaced along with other noisy objects hoping to cure a really loud grinding, bearing noise. I didn't work. Sure enough this morning the noise was back. The noise emenates from somewhere underneath the front seats and is not the center support bearing or the u-joints. It is loud grinding, ball bearing like. It starts right after 10 mph and continues between 10 and 50 mph. It stops when it warms up. Any help would be appreciated.
