Another t-belt question!

After turning the crankshaft 2 full turns clockwise to check timing alignment marks (which direction facing the engine?) are the marks on the belt supposed to line up with the marks on the crank, I , and cam shafts? All the crank, I , and cam shafts marks line up with thier corresponding marks on the block etc. but the belts marks are in differnt places.
