Rough Idle, Again 200 1989

five months ago she started idling rough, then stalling so i cleaned out the throttle body and she went back to idling normally. this morning, after running about 20 minutes i stopped at a gas station. when i re-started her she stalled, i restarted her again and kept her running, except now she's idling rough again and now i hear a pinging upon acceleration. any tips here? she's a great car with 170k on her. thanks.
