still troubleshooting bog during warmup... should flame trap to intake air hose be clamped? 200

I wonder if there could be an air intake leak due to the hose from the intake air hose to the flame trap not being clamped at the flame trap, it is just slid on?

anyone know whether that hose is normally supposed to be secured with a hose clamp?
