My wife's car, 1990 760 turbo wagon, 110k, automatic uses 1/2 qt oil every 1000 miles. none of the seals are leaking and I had the dealer look at it twice and they say this consumption is normal. It must be going out through the turbo, but wouldn't it smoke? is there any way I can test for this short of replacing turbo--it is a mitsubishi turbo.
