This morning my car did not start. No sounds from the engine compartment when turning the ignition key. Tried to jump start, but nothing, so the battery is fine.

On previous occasions, cold start-up would be fine, but when I turn off the engine before it warmed-up I had trouble re-starting (usually have to wait 15-30 minutes before it kicks over. My mechanic could not determine the cause). However, today the car would not start at all.

Any suggestions on where to look first. Is it the starter or starter rely.
