Is This A Sign Of A Bad Voltage Regulator? 200 1990

Hey Guys.
90 240 Non-Turbo

With change of weather, have noticed my voltage reading a little higher than normal (about 13.5 to 14). Is my voltage regulator crapping out? Can't think of any other component that would show a HIGHER than normal voltage. Could I have your comments and suggestions? TIA
