pipe under passanger dash is leaking clear liquid possibly water 200 1979

while driving to penn from ny with ac on i noticed water leaking..somtimes rushing out of a pipe that is located under the dash of the passanger side...
i think it might be the antifreeze but i have no clue..has this ever happened to any one else and if so what did you do??
