Clunk! when braking. 200 1983

Fellas:
I had my front end re-bushed, struts & bearings, tie rods & ends and balljoints replaced. Torqued with wheels on loaded condition. Now, (this started happening a few days after), when I apply the brakes, I hear a single clunk (not too profound) and I can feel this pulse on the brake pedal. It only happens on slow speed right before the car comes to a complete stop. What could be the possible culprit? Thanks in advance for any info.
