Junk Yard Surgery 200 1987

Hey everybody. Caroline my baby (1987 244 DL) was badly beaten before I got her. The driver side quarter panel is crunched. Worse part being where the panel comes in the wheel-well and its pushed in and taps the tire on a hard bump. Anyway, I found a fresh perfect panel in a yard. I would love to get the entire panel off and replace it. Whats the best way to get this done?
Any help would be great
