SU overflow: follow up after 2 wweks 120-130 1965

Well, if this is of any interest to any of you, I can tell that mechanical fuel pumps are also a (very uncommon) reason of SU floods.

It's been two weeks now since I have changed my pump & I haven't seen the slightest flooding or trace of it under my hood.

So before dumping your float valves next time the SU's leak, check your pump!!! If after pumping a few times while stopping the output, it relases a good amount of pressure when you free it, changing it is a good first move.
