Instrument Cluster re-install 200 1988

OK, so I didn't pay close enough attention to what I was doing when I took the cluster out. Now the engine won't fire, so I figure something is wrong. The two larger moulded plugs are obvious. Where do the single-wire plugs go? And is there anything else I could be doing wrong. Thanks for your help.
