Cylinderhead transplant 120-130

I have a B18A in good shape. What increase in HP can I expect if I,

A. Replace the B18A cylinderhead with a B20 A cylinderhead?

B. Replace the cylinderhead (A) and manifold and replace the Zenith 36 VN
carburettor with a Stromberg 175 CD-2SE?
