98 S90 Emission Issue S90-V90

Mother in laws S90 w/75K on it JUST passed emissions test in Ohio. Hydrocarbons were 1/2 pt away from failing. What to look for to correct or possible issue with? Car is tuned and gets same gas mileage as it did at 50K. Car is driven daily on highway at above 65mph for 60 miles per day round trip.
