front tire and steering 900

i have two problems one is my front left tire has alot of wear on the left edge of it and its almost round i just got the tires replaced like 7 months ago and its only that tire could anybody tell me what mite be wrong. my second problem is when i am moving and go to turn the steering wheel towards the right it like almost feels like it gets stuck for a second and then jurks out of it and when im going about 55 the steering wheel starts to vibrate back and forth if anybody could help me out what the problem is i would apreciate it thanx.
