Heater Vent Actuators 200 1988

Have an '88 240. Heater control not working lots of heat to feet ,no defrost and recirc seems to be stuck on too. Any quick fix to get the recirc off and dfrost on until I can check out and trace the vacuum lines. Also where does it come off of the engine? I thought I'd check there first before pulling the center console. Thanks
