1991 940 SE turbo 190K miles

Did not pass my california smog-NO Max is 928 and I was measured at 1051 for the 15mph test.
Original catallytic converter hoping its not bad yet.
SO hoping the tune up with my mechanic will help the results.

I need to put on new rotors and pads- THe second time they have warped ! WHat do I do other than not over use them in the mountains? Is there a better brand of rotors/pads ?

Changing the following, plugs, distrib. cap and rotor, and wire set- Brand suggestion ? Bosch?

Also sun damage on the hood of the car- I need to repaint it. Any suggestions on this process.
