84' 240 hesitates during warm up 200 1984

I have a 1984 240 Wagon which starts fine when cold, runs strong while cold, then loses power when it's been running for about 3-4 minutes. Then it stutters hard, and almost stalls. After about 15 seconds of this, it starts running normally again, though it doesn't seem to be quite as strong. It doesn't smoke, and I recently replaced the fuel pump relay. I appreciate all responses. Thanks!
