Installing power locks 200 1987

I have been offered a new-in-box set of power locks (NOS original Volvo accessory). Installation instructions are included, but I haven't seen it yet.

Is this 'reasonably simple' to install?
I will obviously have to pull the door panels, hopefully the kit simply bolts on the existing locking mechanism. Then there will have to be some wires involved. If I am really lucky perhaps they are there already on an '87?
Any year model differences I should be aware of?
