Front Seat Rail Cleaning and Lubricating 700

I have a 90' 740 I just bought. The rails are all gunky and don't slide like they should. Does anyone have a suggestion on cleaning and lubricating them? The seats are out of the car. I don't want to use grease since that would attract dust. Thanks
