92 940T Poor Idle 900 1992

Brickboarders,

It's been about 4 years since I've had a Volvo, but I'm back in the fold! Just picked up a beautiful 92 944T-Black on Black, 126k all in great condition. Question-engine runs great everywhere but idle, also worse at idle when engine is cold. Drove 1200 miles back from place of purchase, ran great 21-23 mpg (average for Turbo??) Checked all vacuum hoses, intake and turbo hoses, etc., cleaned throttle body, flame trap (housing) and IAC, IAC motor functions under voltage test, and TPS tests ok. Also replaced cap/rotor/wires/plugs, still have lumpy idle when warm, and balky after cold start. No surging in idle speed, just lumpy. Combed FAQs, most address surging idle, or poor starting; this is just plain old rough idle. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
