Where does this wire go? 700 1989

Will be reassembling the intake manifold and wiring harness soon.

Come to find a short braided ground strap is missing its eyelet terminal. This is one of the two braided ground straps coming off a common screw at the center of the firewall, then to the engine.

the other strap is about 12" long or more and goes onto one of the cap nuts of the valve cover.

This strap is about 6-8" long.

Does it fasten to the intake manifold, or somewhere else?
