Still a Rough Idle after Throttle Body Cleaning, now what? 200 1990

I have done the cheapest job first and cleaned the throttle body which was pretty bad. Still I have rough idle while the car is cold. After ten minutes it's okay.

What should I look at next? Thermo in air box? Idle motor?
