fan clutch issue 140-160

i have a 73 144 and the fan clutch has taken a giant leap down the perverbial toilet...the local junk yard has tons of late 70s and 80s 240 series cars...are the fan clutches (a)interchangable (b)somewhat interchangable or (c)not interchangable

thanks...

and oh...how about the cold start valve...who has one cheap?
